Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at XwkTech. XwkTech stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you enjoy our products. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and technology with a lifetime. It’s okay to change your mind. If you’re unsatisfied with product you purchased from XwkTech, you can return it. Unless the product you receive is defective under our 1-year warranty, our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee policy applies. In case you come across any problems when you use our chips and powder, please refer to this return policy for a high efficiency settlement. 

1. Return Request
Purchases made via www.xwktech.com should be returned or exchanged by contacting us directly at service@xwktech.com for a return request form first. Send it back after filling it out.

2. RMA Number
All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). This RMA number gives authorization to return products to XwkTech for inspection. We will email customers several reminders if we have not received the return package. To ensure timely refund or replacements, please return it promptly.

3. Criteria for Acceptance
Returned products must meet our criteria for acceptance. All returned or exchanged products must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. We don't accept and refund for any tampered, damaged and part missing products.
Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under warranty or return policy. Each users’ specific application determines the life of the product. Print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type, working intensity and environmental conditions may affect product life.

4. Return Shipping Address and Cost 
To return products, customer should send products to: 3F, Lukka Park, 109 Lukka Rd, Longgang District, Shenzhen, 518115 Guangdong, China. Customer will be responsible for returning shipping cost for non-defective products. We will be responsible for back and forth shipping costs only if the product is defective.

5. Refund Procedure and Amount
We will notify customer approval or rejection of refund by email after we receive and inspect the returned product. If the returned product is approved, refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase, a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original method of payment within couples of days. For a non-defective product return, customer will receive a shipping cost deducted refund, shipping cost is non-refundable. For a defective product return, full order amount including shipping cost is refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and clearance items (sale items can be returned) are not returnable.

7. Return Timeliness
Customer should request a return or exchange within 30 days date from arrival for non-defective product and within 1 year for defective product. Request later than this time means you abandon your rights.
